I hate nits. They are the bain of my life. Having three children in school is like a never ending war against them. I won't lie, I take great delight in popping the fat ones as I know they've been feeding off my little grot bags. I keep telling the children not to touch, go near or generally be around other kids at school... Plus my daughter to keep her hair tied up! For some reason they don't seem to listen. (PS I tell them to keep away jokingly, I am not a monster who wants friendless children) Anyway, back to those bloody nits... Well lice if we are being technical. I get rid, then my children are social and within a week or two they're back. I can tell as either a) I catch them off them (husband is bald, lucky thing) or b) they itch themselves and its like living with chimps. Due to not wanting to constantly douse my children in chemicals, and tbh I'm starting to believe the hype that the supernits are now immune, I like to keep combs in the house. This one is by far the best. Our hair is naturally fine but there's lots of it so normal combs don't get the eggs or smaller lice. This does! Also the rounded ends of the prongs mean it's not painful on the scalp.I am pretty certain this is advertised as a pet comb. But let's be honest, if it does the job, who cares?! Also small children aren't THAT different to animals. (joking honest) I'll definitely be buying again, it's only a matter of time before this gets lost.

It was open when i received it. One of the teeth was bent making it very hard to go though my childs head without making their head bleed and it made us uncomfortable to keep going through their hair. Was very disappointed

This nit comb, has teeth far too small to go through hair, the handle is not nearly big enough to hold in an adults hand. It's not fit for its purpose.The measurements on product page are incorrect, there's no instructions for use and it did not arrive in a manufacturer's packaging just a padded envelope. I am returning this item.

Bought to clean the brushes on my carpet vac after using. While it did clear the fluff from the bristles I found the metal teeth on the comb were bent but as this comb was not intended for this purpose then it would be unfair to punish it for improper use. The brush is excellent for the intended purpose.

I buy these to clean the paint from paint brushes takes all the little bits of dryed paint off and does not damage the brush brissels

it is the same as on sale in my local chemist just without their markup. Sorry high street, you loose again because i am poor and need to de-infest my cat.

I use this flea comb on my Jack Russell and Chihuahuas. It is well made, with the teeth having rounded ends, and just enough gaps inbetween to collect fleas and flea dirts. It also gives the dogs a nice scratch!~ This review is written by a 'mother' of Chihuahuas and a Jack Russell, who is a design student ~

This actually didn't manage to get the lice out, it also shipped weeks later, and I ended up using another brand that did the job.
