Gave it to 2 little cousins for Christmas. 8yo and a 14yo... they both though it was super cool.

Bought this handheld gaming console for my son's 13th birthday as a last minute extra gift. I checked it out for a bit while I had it charging, and its not a bad little unit. I really like having the Li-ion rechargeable battery(the battery instantly got me thinking, 'It really looks like some of my old cell phone batteries, maybe I could use them as extras? I dunno.. <g>) My son said it is pretty cool and seems to like it so far..Anyhow, it has TONS of games to choose from, and all the controls seem to work really good. I think I am in agreement with some of the other reviewers when they say that it would've been nice to include a headphone jack for silent play, but I knew it didn't have that feature before buying, and I purchased it nonetheless. Overall, this gaming unit delivers quite alot of portable handheld entertainment value for a very reasonable price.

Recently bought and my son loved it until one day the screen stopped working but sound it still coming out from the console. Hoping to get this resolved as it's a fun console, but the durability is just not there.

Worked right outta the box. Simple to use interface. Plenty of cool old school games. I love it!

The charging port of the console broke and did not charge.

I really liked all the retro games. It seems fragile a bit. Charging plug stopped working, but manufacturers customer service replaced the old one within a weeks time. That makes good in my book. Oh yeah, to all the oldschool gamers. The Contra code still works!!!!!
