Hi, each bottle in my 12 pack has an expiration date of 12/2022. My husband and I both take about 20 drops each per day, so this supply usually lasts us about 6 months. Hope this helped?

The date of expiry is on the bottom of the cell food bottle. Mine has exp. 03/2027 which is about 9 years from when I bought it.

Q: How to use(amount) it daily?

I was told to use 24 drops per 100 pounds of your weight per day I weigh 284 so I rounded up to 300 and take 72 drops per I divided it into two or three times
