Amazing cookbook with Great options and variety
The Good Energy Cookbook: 1900 Days Delicious Recipes Book Inspired by Dr. Casey Means' Expertise to Help You Boost Your Metabolism, Lose Weight & Improve Health - Incl. 30 Day Meal Plan is a great cookbook for me. This cookbook is awesome! I am always looking for different recipes to be delicious as well as give me energy. This cookbook is not just about staying away from things like sugar, soda and processed food. It's about eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables (organic, if possible). These healthy foods won't just be physically good for you (maybe you will lose some weight). They may also reduce your stress level (a very good thing) and improve your overall mood. The layout is incredibly user-friendly, making it accessible even for those who might be new to cooking. Each recipe provides clear instructions and estimated preparation times, allowing you to plan your meals efficiently—even on a busy weekday. The step-by-step guidance is perfect for anyone looking to improve their culinary skills without feeling overwhelmed. Another aspect I appreciate is the meal prep section, which offers practical tips on planning and organizing your meals for the week. This advice encourages you to make cooking at home more efficient and less stressful, especially if you have a hectic schedule. Having pre-prepared ingredients was a total game changer for me, allowing me more time to enjoy the cooking process. The cookbook also promotes a balance of flavors and textures, encouraging experimentation in the kitchen. This variety helps keep meals exciting, preventing the boredom that can often come with a health-focused diet. Additionally, there are sections dedicated to vegetarian and vegan recipes, showcasing delightful plant-based options that everyone can enjoy. Overall, "The Good Energy Cookbook" is not just about providing recipes; it empowers readers to take charge of their health through informed food choices. In conclusion, "The Good Energy Cookbook" is a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their health and well-being through delicious, nutrient-packed meals

Tons of Yummy Recipes That Energize and Nourish Your Entire Body!
As I continue on my journey to lsse these last 50 pounds following a 100+ pound weight loss, I'm still a beginner cook wih a tiny kitchen, limited space, and few appliances to work with. But, as I've been experimenting with new recipes from various cookbooks and websites, I still find myself fatigued with a lack of energy. As I work on getting more rest and adjusting my schedule for a better night's rest, thus far, these recipes have helped with giving me the right boost of energy in the morning and afternoon- and the recipes are delicious! I have finally started to get through entire days without thinking about taking a nap even once! I'm looking forward to trying out even more recipes from this book in the days to come!

So many tasty nutritional options to choose from!
The Good Energy Cookbook has a huge variety of food groups in each meal, which shows that healthy eating isn’t about avoiding things such as sugar and fats. Consuming many different types of food is what brings in the many nutrients for a healthy body system and this book allows that through breakfast, meats, seafood, and vegetables. As a matter of fact, this book makes healthy eating fun by encouraging occasional fun treats through desserts and appetizers! Most of these recipes primarily require the use of an oven making it easy for beginners of the culinary world. Some other things that make this book helpful is a sample 30-day meal plan for anyone who has no idea where to start with their healthy eating journey, and a conversion chart of measurements towards the end of the book. One thing I think would make it better is to format the steps in separate lines to make it easier to follow along.
