I love this diffuser. It’s small approximately 5.5x6.5 but emits a good scent that will light up my whole upstairs and the smell will last awhile and the fact that it looks like a plant makes it a great little decoration for my hallway.

One of the biggest problems I encountered when first opening and trying to put together my new clickwick plant was there was very little information or instructions on how to put the oil into the plant. It just said to install. There were no diagrams pictures videos nothing I had nothing to go by. I kept trying to put it in there, but it was too big to fit into the hole too big. I tried to pull the top off. It wouldn’t come off, so I kept trying to fit in there. It obviously didn’t fit. I read back on some of the other reviews and I saw things that said it was too big to fit in there and they returned it and I thought oh my gosh, I’m gonna have to return it so I put it back in the box a couple days later I was looking around on the site and found some pictures and noticed that yes indeed you do have to take the top off the bottle and then put the bottle in the bottom of the plant so I took the bottle and I started looking at it and I started twisting and the top came off so twist and the top will come off and then you can put the bottle of the oil into your clickwick plant and it will come off and it is wonderful. You will love it. It is the most wonderful thing in the world. I love my plant. It’s beautiful. It’s amazing. It’s fabulous. It’s so many different things. Oh, I just can’t tell you how much I love it but now you know the trick to getting the clickwick oil into the plant so good luck and I hope you enjoy as much as I am.

Product does not work as expected. You can barely smell the fragrance coming out of it, and it does not keep a charge. Even when left plugged into the wall unit, it does not expel fragrance much. While the fragrances are pleasant, this device does not work like other devices in its class. When I went to return it, it had a date of two weeks still left on the return eligibility. They refuse the return anyway. I do not recommend this product. I will not buy from this company again.

I thought this would diffuse like water but it’s basically an essential oil plugin. That said, it works and needs to be recharged often but works wirelessly. Looks good. I placed it in our 1/2 bath that the teens like to make smelly all day. The scent is very nice but you’ll have to use their proprietary oil plug in style, and can’t use the other oils they sell for diffusers. I was hoping to use the oils I already had from the company. But my bathroom smells a lot better and nobody is yelling “please spray something!! Yuck!”. Problem solved.

I love this product so much I bought two. The scent it arrives with smells lovely, and it's not overbearing like some essential oils can be.It's not very large do it fits nicely in multiple places. The settings for smaller area or larger area works great, and I don't have to worry about turning it on/off.If you like diffusing essential oils, this is a really neat diffuser. So easy to operate and it will displace nicely in any room.I have ordered an additional set of oils, and cannot wait to try then out.

So I bought like 5 of these babies, all different. They're super cute, fit in well with decor and don't look like an ugly black or white thing sitting on your furniture. I also loved that I didn't have to keep flying through batteries since they are rechargeable. Here's the downfall, I've had them for a little over 2 months and now they hardly hold a charge and whenever I try to put a new scent pod in them (yes, I'm using the designated scent ClickWick pods for the product) it won't blow any of the scent out. They used to have this great flow of "smoke" as my kids called it full of scent. Now you can't smell or see anything coming out of it. It's like all the juice was sucked out of it in the first month and now they won't charge to get enough power. They all say they're fully charged after sitting on the charger for a couple hours but none of them seem like they have the strength to push out any scent. Won't be buying anymore, unfortunately. The candle looking ones work great but unfortunately they don't have an auto on/off timer....just an off one.

Cute product with a nice design for the potholder. I placed it in my living room and can barely smell it. You have to recharge it every few days. You will need to constantly check the bottom of the unit to be sure the charge hasn't run out. The oil that comes with it may not be your type, so be sure to order a variety to easily swap it out for another. I do like that it still operates while on the charger even though you may not see the mist, it's still functioning.
