I have been making homemade salted caramels at the holidays for 3 years now and every year I struggled with something to wrap them in. The craft store had some foil wrappers but they were too small and tore to easily. I tried parchment paper but it was so time consuming to measure and cut the individual pieces and they were never evenly sized. I finally found these this year and gave them a try. They worked perfectly. They gave my caramels a professional finished look and they were the perfect size for my 1" square caramels. It took a few wraps to master a wrapping technique but since you get 800+ wrappers you can afford a few do-overs. I will be making sure that I have these on hand at all times for wrapping candy and caramels.

For years I have searched for good wrappers for my homemade caramels and nothing ever worked so well like these did! If you put the time, effort, and ingredients into making caramel candies you know the importance of good wrappers. I read other reviews and felt the risk of ordering was warrented and I am so glad I did. Some other reviews said the 5X5 wrapers were too large but, I found them perfect. They also maintained the twist and did not come unraveled until you opened the candy. I strongly recommend with no hesitation at all. The wrappers were exactly as represented and arrived very quickly.

Pennie's Caramels (Google for recipe) have become a Christmas baking and gifting tradition in our house and these wrappers are, by the far, the best and least expensive I have found. One order should work for 10 batches of these too-good treats and while wrapping is still a long and tedious process (if your kids are old enough, get 'em involved) these work very well. They stay tight and twisted, unlike more expensive wax paper rounds that often came undone, and three weeks after making them the leftover caramels are still tightly wound in my freezer. Good deal for great little wrappers.A definite speciality item, I'm so glad I was able to find these when I really needed them!

Every Christmas, for me at least, is caramel-making time, and I give out tins of caramels to friends and family. The recipe is very good, so that the candies are eagerly anticipated each year. I pour out the hot caramel into a 13 x 9 cookie sheet, then cut them up into cubes with a machete (hey, it works!). I used to cut up wax paper to wrap them, but while it is inexpensive, it makes a long process longer.I finally broke down and bought these, and wondered why I hadn't done it sooner. These wrappers are easy to use, they don't stick to each other, and display the candy inside attractively. And one package will last me at least three Christmases.

I highly recommend these caramel wrappers---I've experimented wrapping my caramels with a variety of different things and these are the best by far. Three twists on each side and they are encased in clear cellophane, just like you see in the old time candy stores. These wrappers do not tear like waxed paper and I have never had a caramel stick to them. Best part - you don't have to spend time cutting squares. One package has lasted me now three seasons---and I make two 13x9 pans of caramels each Christmas. Do yourself a favor and get these if you wrap candy---they are well worth the cost!

I had a problem with my last order but the company resolved it with no hassles. I had posted how frustrated I was and they reached out immediately and resolved the issue.Love these wrappers for my homemade caramels. Used to use a different white waxed type and this one is so much more affordable and works just as good. Will definitely be buying from this seller again! A+++

Second order for these wrappers. They save all that time I spent cutting paper into little squares for wrapping my homemade caramels although I would love even more if the supplier would add information on the best way wrap & twist the ends so they don't unravel easily. When wrapping a large batch of candy I find myself getting a big blister on my finger from trying to twist the paper so tight. I am thinking there might even be a candy maker out there that has suggestions? Regardless, I will never give up this product because it is perfect.
