Not awful, Not amazing
I ordered two. Both arrived fine. But one just refuses to seat into the box that’s provided with if. Also its a bit of a hassle to install if you dont have access underneath it. Cut your flooring in line with the box, don’t go over the opening. Will affect the way it opens. Also a very snappy opening, not dampered.

ther is no where on it that it says its listed for countertop
even though it says counters in the ad and didn't see any UL listing mark, the box is too shallow and no mounting hardware. probably going to return.
