While I did have to get permission from my employer to use this, when it came to installing it, I was able to do it myself without having to call IT to come over to do it. All I really did was unplug the monitor I had and plug this one in. I appreciate that it came with a stylus but found that it even works with the stylus that I have for my tablet. The monitor can be a little touchy but found that depends on what I'm working on or what I have open. I'm still able to use my mouse and keyboard but found that when it comes to things I have to sign, boxes to check and so forth, I can easily tap or write on it with no issues. My old monitor was a 24 inch and had a privacy cover on it. That privacy cover is now on this monitor and fits perfectly. I absolutely love this monitor and its been making my job so much easier and faster to do too!

I use a laptop with a docking station and 2 monitors. My secondary monitor quit working, so I bought this to replace it. I had some issues at first getting the touch screen to work. I eventually noticed that when I touched the monitor display, my other monitor would react instead of the new one. After I went into display settings and made the touch screen my primary monitor, everything started working perfectly. The resolution is good. I'm very happy with this monitor.

I was excited when received the item. Plugged everything in, pressed the power button, but nothing happened. The screen stayed black, however the power indicator was green. Contacted their support, response came back almost a day later as you know they are working in China. I was suggested by their support to get a replacement, which means I would need to wait for almost a week. Instead, I ordered the same spec monitor from ASUS with the same price. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Works well when I connect it to laptop.Stuck at 640 x 480 resolution when I connect it to desktop.Technical support email address isn't a real email and there's nowhere to download drivers.

The media could not be loaded. So much better than a laptop screen. This makes my vision look a lot better :-) images are sharp the colors are right on. Working with my HDMI on my laptop perfectly instantly

My daughter uses it to draw and create animations. She loves it.
