The handle is very thin and quality is not that good

It's cheap and works well for the little stuff. Wouldn't replace a normal screwdriver with this but is handy for tight areas.

It's a nice design, but the ratchet mechanism doesn't sufficiently engage - perhaps the spring is too weak - because it tends to settle in the middle where it doesn't work in either direction while in use. It becomes necessary to hold a thumb on the switch for it to ratchet, which means it's frustrating to use in tight spaces.
