I'm replacing my old fry pans with ceramic, and I love this pan for my eggs. We have eggs almost every day and it doesn't matter how I cook them, they slide right out of the pan. Even cooking, great for sautéing, but I primary use it for my eggs. Very easy to clean, I do not use the dishwasher just a little soap and water or I wipe it clean with a paper towel. Reasonably priced, works great for my family of two.

EDIT: I did receive a refund from the company themselves which I’m extremely pleased about, I do think my last pan was probably defective because I have the rest of the set I’ve been using for a year now in excellent condition. I would purchase again!I originally bought this set last year and I was extremely pleased with it, the smallest one I use the most and I decided I needed a new one finally and I repurchased. I don’t think it’s the same quality or it’s defective. The very first time I used this, eggs stuck all over the pan. I know how to cook eggs and I know how to take care of pans properly so I don’t believe it’s me. So sad.

My daughter need new pans for college, and I chose this set for her. I opened the box and tried one of them to fry eggs. Let me just say, there wasn’t any sticking at. So I bought a set for us to keep at home. We had them for about 9 months and they still work like a dream! My other half like to make cheesey potatoes and nothing sticks to the pan at all! They go into the dishwasher and come out perfect every time. Great value for the price and would strongly recommend these to anyone who needs new frying pans.

We chose the tan color because my wife loves that color but sadly they tend to stain pretty easily on the bottom side. After cooking with them just once I found it almost impossible to get some cooking stains off the bottom of the pan from simple spill overs. The cooking side seems to be a durable non-stick surface that has not chipped or scratched in the year that we've been using them so I'm rating them 4 stars with one star left off due to the staining issue.But overall, we're actually really pleased with them and would definitely consider buying them again when the time comes.

I've had this skillet for about 4 months with very good results. I cook at medium to medium high with no sticking. It seems to be just as good as when I bought it. Heats evenly on an induction stove.I'll buy more as my other pans wear out, including a different brand bought at the same time that is starting to stick.

I am getting away from the non stick pans and plastic and I bought these pans to test out ceramic. I am very pleased it browns when it needs to yet a fried egg slides right off pan. I just ordered the entire pots and pans set.

I chose these pans to avoid PFAS and other chemicals used in nonstick cookware. While I can't be certain these are completely nontoxic, they seem like a better option than most. I've been using them nearly every day for about 6 months, and they are just as nonstick as the first day. Far better than my calphalon set or any teflon pans I have owned previously. They heat evenly and cook very well.

This was a gift for my daughter. She loves it! I had ordered her the 11 inch Redchef and she liked it so much that. I ordered the small one for her. Loves the feel and how easily it cleans up.
