I've been using this action camera for two days now, and I can confirm that DJI has fixed the overheating issue. It does get warm, but it no longer stops recording at 4K for extended durations.For those looking for a small, discreet camera with slightly better video quality than an iPhone, this is a great option. I use an iPhone 16 and have compared both. The DJI Action 2 performs better during the daytime, especially when comparing the ultra-wide shots between the iPhone 16 and this action camera.Professional photographers and content creators can use this camera to record BTS footage and more. It also features a D-Cinelike flat color profile, which is extremely useful for color grading in post-production. Battery life is impressive for a camera of this size—I was able to record 180 minutes of 4K 30fps video until both the camera and power module were completely drained.My only concerns:The camera lacks autofocus (it has fixed focus), so it can’t focus on objects that are too close.Low-light performance is average, which is expected given the small sensor size.The lens isn’t replaceable, so users need to handle it with extra care. I personally avoid using tempered glass on the camera lens, as it may reduce optical quality.Overall, it's a solid choice for those who need a compact, high-quality action camera!

Getting super over heat and getting shutdown after a full charge. Getting heat is not a normal kind of heat, its an other condition of battery damage issue.. Also shutting down with out any info in a second Refund i want. Its my right. Product is damaged after stopping the production they had their last piece of damaged one they delivered to me. I don't want this model any more. I have all its things same like delivered today.

Bought at 14k.. worth in this price for 128 GB.Cant find anything in this price range for this video quality.Cons: Heats too much when recording in 4k

Extremely handy and versatile... Heating is not a big issue if you understand the settings and how to avoid without compromising video quality... Massive storage 128 GB is more than enough to capture whatever you wish to try. Voice activation is a cool feature. Low light performance may not be great, but under sun light condition, it captures excellent video. Similarly still photos may not be great, but amazing action video. So any action camera or DSLR, you should know the best suitable condition and purpose for each equipment...for photo, video time lapse, slow motion, etc...All essential accessories are included.... that is a big plus.

I'll list few cons of my daily usage:- Gets heated while shooting in 4K or even if it shoots on 2k or 1080p for a longer duration. They have provided a case in the box, it helps a lot. But with the case you can't mount it on the head strap.- Worst quality during night time. It performs amazing if there's ample light (during day time) but it struggles during night.Pros-Amazing, string magnetic holding, cheap, good video quality (during day time) and good mic quality aswell.
