Great nutritional supplement. Extremely nutritious - there's a good reason why its considered a superfood. It contains the highest levels of beta carotene (more than even carrots from what I gather) and vitamin B12 , Plus it contains the same amount of protein as an egg - So you're literally getting the complete package in a tablet. Since the day I started consuming it, I've noticed visible effects - Its definitely increased my energy levels, so much so, that even after a good one hour workout or jog, I don't even feel tired. It acts as a natural detoxifier - simultaneously removing any toxins whilst increasing my immunity. There is a perception that spirulina doesn't taste good - I can assure you that Inlife spirulina tastes just fine and seems to be of very high quality. Will definitely be ordering again.

I am on my 2nd bottle and it makes my skin look so good and even my mom started taking it and she has asthama, she told me that she has less breathing issues as she started taking this. it does have health benefits too. such a great product
