Assembly is required

I don't know what media these figures come from, but my child recognized them and I got them for him. These figures come in disassembled and in a tray that you have to punch out like some model cars. There is many figures in the box, with all assorted colors. The figures have a lot of tiny pieces, so you should assemble them with a child older than 8. It's fun and a bit easy to assemble the figure but the reason for my score is that the plastic these were made in is so cheap and can warp easily so a piece would not be able to fit another, no matter how hard you try. I can only suggest maybe putting a little bit of oil. The finished product comes out looking great, however, and you can use these for anything from movies to drawing. It's a fair and fun product, but a bit of a gamble.

Impossible to put together

Like most adult men, there is still a little boy inside of me. I'm not one to spend much time playing video games, but I do have more than a couple of action figures. I thought these would be a cool addition. My original plan was to have the black and white figures fighting each other, as well as the blue and red one. When the package arrived, I found that the figures are not put together. I assumed they would be. I decided then that I would make a black figure and one made out of red, white, and blue parts. It would symbolize the USA fighting against a rogue nation.Putting the pieces together proved impossible. These are tiny parts. And every 3D printer I've looked at has a margin of error. The problem is the joints used for articulation. Each joint has 2 pieces. One is a round ball and the other is a C clamp. The clamps don't really work. If I could get the clamp around the ball, it barely fit. Touching it would knock it off. After several minutes of getting one shoulder joint together, I ended up touching it while trying to get the other joint on and it went flying. After 20ish minutes of this I switched to the legs. Exactly the same problem. I spent an hour trying to get one of the figures together.I honestly believe that the only way to assemble these figures is to glue the pieces in place. Attach a shoulder joint, then glue it down. Wait for it to dry, then attach the other side and glue it down. Of course you would not be able to position them. And if you took hours and hours to put one together without glue, the second you try to move the joints, it will fall apart. Buy these figures if you have low blood pressure. Trying to put them together will definitely raise it.

Tons of fun

Look I see others gripes about these however Me and my son love building lego kits and model kits together. While I was expecting them to come assembles what was kind of a bummer turned into a whole day of fun spent with my kiddo. The first one was a bit of a struggle but by the third we had a system going and were pumping them out. It was actually kin of fun to assemble. then came play time and they were loads of fun and tons of options with weapons and different hands. I even got down on the floor and played with the boys for a little while. Long term use however they don't really stand the test of time. being that they are an assembled toy just like lego eventually they start falling apart. or the 4 year old gets to one and rips it to pieces inevitably losing some critical piece that doesn't allow an arm or a leg to attach. in hindsight I could have used some model glue to keep them from falling apart in certain areas to avoid this. Im not going to dock them stars for any of this as I'm going to chalk it up to this isn't really a toy for a toddler. my 8yr about to be 9yr old is probably on the bottom end and likely a better toy for around a 10 year old, about that age they start taking care of their belongings and making sure they dont lose pieces. The images look like fun action figures but they are more so model kits and should be aimed at a older demographic. We still got our moneys worth in time spent building them together and the playtime they did get out of them

Didn't Work

I was really excited for these for using in pose detailing and sketching, but they just don't work. At all. The pieces don't connect, some simply won't fit when the shell, or armor is on. Some parts simply don't move at all either even after they're connected. Out of the 5 pack I got one to work and only because I left out the pelvis armor. The attachments seem cool, but without the ability to pose them freely, what's the point? Good concept, bad design.

figurines

These are nice little action figures. They are made well and have accessories with them. Great gift.

Not worth it.

I bought these for my son thinking he’d be able to put them together. These things were impossible for him to put together. His sister was able to help him put some together, but they were not durable at all. They were not a good quality, and I would not recommend. The amount an effort it takes to put them together, just splurge on the already made ones.
