Is very effectiveness and does work. The size is perfect for traveling or on to go. The color is great. It doesn't really have a smell to it. And it's worth what you pay for it. The crystallization is great.

This product makes taking shilajit easy! Tastes like honey, you do get that slight plasticy shilajit flavor- but the honey really hides it. I just throw it in my mouth and wash it down with my morning latte. Easy peasy.

I gave it four stars cause I literally just got this product and tried it as soon as I could. But I would suggest putting the honey in a drink the taste is too much taking straight outta the packet. I can say I have a little bit more energy when I tried it outta the packet before I couldn’t handle the taste by itself. Cause I'm always super tired I will give an updated review with this after trying this product for a while and will definitely be trying the two other flavors as well. I put mine in water but im sure any drink will do. And the packets are packed full of the honey. And for the price I paid was acceptable. Hopefully for a person that has add and adhd on top with anxiety and sleep deprivation hopefully this gives me an alternative to drinking energy drinks every day.

These honey sticks are amazing! I love them. They give you an energy boost, they taste great and make you feel better overall. I've been on them 3 months. They are great!

I am a HUGE honey fan and eat 1lb. jars of local honey on a regular basis in my pots of tea. Therefore, I was excited to receive these individual honey packets as a way to add honey (mess free) to a new drink I want to make. Sadly, this honey tastes SO TERRIBLE that I couldn't even TRY to get it down since I'd already added it to my mug of tea. Of course I tried to return it to Amazon, but it is not returnable, and I am VERY UNHAPPY that I spent $30 on this and it tastes so AWFUL. Such a disappointment and no one will make it right...:(((((

So I ordered some before from Tiktok, and it was the original flavor. Came in the form of liquid honey, so it was alright, but tasted bad. This order of Carmel flavor is gritty and tastes decent. I know this stuff helps with energy, so it is effective, but why did it come in gritty like it sat for months before getting to me? Disappointed. Smell is good, size is alright, and the cost was not exactly what I would normally spend, but it does work so it is worth.

My husband & I love these! We actually swear by them. They work great, super beneficial to energy levels. Tastes great, like honey! Once a day, healthy crystallization. Will purchase again, good price!
