Very nice (if you use SATA drives)
It fits well in 1 bay of my corsair ATX box.The only this is that only slim/normal 2.5 SATA drives fit.My SAS SSD drives do not fit. I cannot tell about performance with SAS 12Gbps as they did not fit.

Cannot plug, it in because someone designed the connector on it wrong and can't use a adaptor cable
