my only problem with the mittens is where the Velcro is located.it's positioned so that the gloves can't be tightened very much. And if I do put them at the maximum tightness it leaves a lot of Velcro hanging loose which gets caught on sheets and clothing.it's probably not a problem with a thick wrist but it shows a child in the advertisement and I use it for my wife who also has a small wrist.

I bought these for my daughter who is totally disabled adult, she is small and has small hands, but these are tight on her, I ordered the large, but they still fit very tight. I would love to see these in an xlg, or bigger, and with a thumb cover too, or thumb cut out option to. That way she could grab and hold her cup to drink. There are not enough mitts like this and there is a need, just a bit of tweaking and they could be even better for more to use. If you even make these larger and with a thumb I would definitely buy them again, keep them waterproof too, thats her issue is keeping her from licking her hands and destroying her skin from the moisture and she destroys her hand. Need for left and right hands too... So, consider, not only children could use products like this, so could many adults living with issues needing solved too.

Daughter loves them and they help keep give her skin some healing time.
