I eat a lot of salmon. It's one of my favorite dishes. It's light, easy to cook and not at all gamey. The thing is, I've made it every way possible - or so I thought. I only recently learned about cedar planks. So, when I saw this bundle, I knew I had to try it. I'm so glad I did!I soaked the planks for a couple of hours, and then laid fresh salmon on top of them. I heavily seasoned each piece with the included salmon seasoning and hubby cooked them on the grill, using indirect heat. Oh. My. Gosh! The flavor was amazing! You get this kind of smokeyness, that really enhances the flavor. That, combined with the various spices in the seasoning, made this my new favorite way to cook salmon.I'm so glad the planks are reusable as ill be making my salmon like this, from now on!

Nice bundle and seasoning. This is my first time trying to make Salmon with a Cedar plank and they work well. It's nice that it comes with 4 and they are reusable so I feel like the value is there. The seasoning is good also.
