Great way to incorporate beets into your diet

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.I have used this company before, and they quickly became a favorite. Not only do I like their product, I like their presentation as well. The only thing that could be better is an amber glass bottle instead of plastic.If used as directed it will last one month.The capsules are easy to swallow.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This one says GMP-certified and manufactured in the USA. The website says 3rd-party tested.I also look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones lately. This bottle has an address, working phone number, and functional website on it that is also informative. The snapsupplements site says they have a 90-day guarantee, which is nice since Amazon doesn't accept returns on supplements. There is some information on the start of the company and their philosophy. I like that they are partnered with Transforming Nations. I would like to see some additional information on their sourcing, manufacturing, and testing results.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I'm excited about finding this company. It's nice to get a quality product from an established company at a decent price (especially if the coupon is still up on the product page). I do with they didn't include magnesium stearate, which many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.Thank you for reading, I hope it's been helpful.

This Snap Supplements brand Beet Root Extract supplement provides the equivalent of 5,000 mg of Beet Root per 2 capsule serving. The capsules are flavorless and easy to swallow and there are 30 servings per container making it a one month supply. Often called a cardiovascular superfood, Beet Roots contain nitric oxide which in a number of ways helps with blood flow.As a person with circulation problems in my legs I have taken a number of Beet Root supplements and have had very positive results. Initial benefits can begin just hours after taking a Beet Root supplement though most noticeable sustained benefits may take weeks or longer to notice. Since I have been taking this supplement I have had improvements in my circulation and no unwanted side effects, however when I have used bulk Beet Root powder in the past I would use more and had more substantial results. I mention this as the reason for giving this supplement four stars. This product is good but its benefits are limited for a person with serious blood flow issues. One major reason a person may want to use Beet Root powder in capsule form is convenience and lack of any mess. Overall I very much like this product and would order it again.
