Postpartum I've been in such a vulnerable season and oftentimes overwhelmed by emotion, and this was so eye-opening and helpful in navigating them. Super tangible and awesome group conversation. The videos really tie together the workbook. Loved doing it with a group, but would be just as good (different ways) done by yourself.

I love this Bible study! I am leading a small group and I love that I am able to talk with other ladies about God and Jesus on how he wants us to come to them with our emotions. How we aren’t supposed to keep them bottled up but to share them with Him, and common like people who love us. Thank you Jennie for this.

I'm enjoying this study but really loved being able to order this from Amazon. At the time of purchase it was the same price as their website showed but I could order from Amazon and have it in my hands within 2 days without paying for additional shipping costs. A friend purchased from the main website and it took almost 2 weeks to get hers in. I would definitely choose Amazon for another bible study workbook in the future,

I have to admit that this was a very difficult purchase for me, because I am not one who likes to share emotions. But when Faith Gateway provided the Bible study option, I jumped in. It was a very rewarding study for me and I learned a lot about myself and how God sees my emotions. Most importantly how to feel them. Definitely worth the purchase.
