I have a lot of issues with non-organic produces so I appreciated this one being organic. It's not overly saturated with ingredients making it very easy to work with and not interfering with other supplements I take. I don't think I have taken enough for long enough as most supplements have long term improvements after several months of taking, but it was easy to swallow and didn't taste bad.

Had an ingredient in it that I am allergic too, not their fault however pay attention before ingesting anything new.

These beet root capsules are so convenient to take. It's so much better than eating actual beets, which I'm not a fan of. There's no bad flavor when taking them and I haven't had any issues with them since I started them over a month ago.
