These are just what we needed. They are treated with some sort of water protection. We order a size bigger so they can reach a round the outside of our wooden supports . This protects the electric. I will say the zippers seem durable but usually needs replacing every 2 years. The price was cheaper than most places and was delivered almost a week before quoted time. Ohh the clips are not your standard ring clips , so you may want to have some on hand.

We screened in our patio, but wanted to be able to use it during light rain and in the winter, so we ordered this set. The color is perfect, they were easy to install, and are the perfect length. We did purchase the rods and hooks for the curtains. We are extremely pleased.

This product in nowhere near 12 x 16. Its closer 12 x13 at the most and it's not an exaggeration. The problem with this company is I provided photos and they told me I need to know how to do measurements and that their curtain measurements are correct. I didn't receive any instructions or hooks with the product. They wanted me to send this product back at my own expense. Due the weight and box size the cheapest I could find was 68 dollars through UPS! Please stay away from this company, they are unprofessional and I would advise all who is reading this look at the previous reviews regarding this company and the products they put out.

Lower part and roof frame is very easy to put together. The roof is frustrating because the plastic clips that get attached with the double stick tape is ridiculous. The tape does not work and the clips do not stay in place when sliding up the panels. I was not able to use the clips on one side because of the proximity to the house, but the panels went in easiest without said clips and made me wonder if they were even necessary. You absolutely need the proper bit for your drill as well a ratchet set for tightening the roof panels when finished installing them. The supplied tools will take you days to complete. Instructions were easy to follow and only one screw did not line up.
