Q: can it fit a 300/box gloves?

I doubt a 300 count will fit. I can't imagine packing 50% more from a 200 count into the same box. Still, you can check it yourself. The size of the Plexiglas holder is stated as 9.5" by 5.25" by 3.3". Compare that to the box size of the 300count.

Q: do they have holes on the back plane?

Yes, they do, but they are a little awkward to get to. I was finally able to tighten the screws the last little bit, but it took a little work.
