I found this easy to setup, however, I do have tech knowledge.I am impressive with the battery life as I use the phone away from the charger a lot.Overall, I would purchase again.

Hi high spec at a good Price.It supports up 10 phone numbers and handsets. And line to different handsets or be grouped.The documentation is adequate but not particularly informative what feature and should ideally supply info about what each Account field requires.Once I got it working for and inbound outbound calls.One thing note is the web gui interface requires a PC or laptop browser. Using andriod or ios Web doesn't display the corfirm button to apply config changes.My rating rating is.Features 5Capabilities 5Ease of handset setup 5Documentation 3. Mostly focuses on handset config with little or no setup for voip account page or how secure the voip service and load certificates if needed.

Having purchased the Yealink phones, I thought it would be straight forward installation, connect the line to the router plug in the mains. However the instruction booklet is worse then useless, resulting in having to watch YouTube videos. Three hours latter still unable to find the IP address and other internet functions I gave up. Tried to contact Yealink UK technical help, phone number on a Google search, not recognised, then tried their web page, navigating this site, is impossible, then I found the main agent for Yealink, company called Nimans. Contacting them, I was told unless you’re a business user, we are unable to help, get in touch with the supplier, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Contacting Amazon they were great, John took ownership of the problem, contacted the supplier of the phones, transferred the call to them, and waited to see if the technical person was able to set up the phone. Within 5 minutes of speaking to the technical person, John entered the conversation, and arrange the item be sent back, he was fantastic.If you buy these phone be aware, you will have to change the IP address, along with other changes to the phone settings on your PC, and it will take at least three hours if you are lucky, if you are technically minded and a computer genius you may be able to connect the phones. Don’t think you will get any technical help from Yealink or the main supplier Nimans, you will not. My advice, if you don’t wont to get stressed out ,waist hours on YouTube and on your PC DON’T BUY

This IP phone will work as a domestic phone but has a huge number of configuration options for professional and office PABX set ups. The majority is incomprehensible and documentation is only online and incomprehensible for a layperson.Although it is described as DECT I tried to add 4 other types of DECT phone to it. Some would connect but none would make or receive calls. Not suitable for use with other brands of phone.There is a handy 3.5mm jack plug which works with a standard PC type headset.

Decided to ditch my landline as I've moved over to fibre.I opted for a fibre only package so when my wife found out we had no landline a fix was immediately needed :) !I opted for this Yealink W73 handset as it ticked all the boxes.I subscribed to VOIP Service (Soho66) and set he handset without too much trouble.Sound quality is awesome compared to a standard phone line and the costs are mind blowingly low!!!I added £5 credit with Soho and after 2 months I still have £2.50 left.The handset is used daily too.Great phone and can't faul it.

I got this to go with a Sipgate Voip account as the latter recommend Yealink (plus others). Setting it up was a bit of a head scratcher as the guide on Sipgate was not quite the same as the Yealink Web interface. I spent hours trying to set it up before it clicked that I had input an incorrect address as the proxy server. After that no problem, very easy to configure. I love that I now get an emailed copy of any voice messages via Sipgate. Build quality is OK but not as robust as the Panasonic it replaces. Using 4G broad band currently and commonity superfast fibre by year end. Goodbye BT Open Reach at long last.

I completely love this set. It was a bit challenging to figure out how to set the time zone (it defaults to Beijing, so it will be eight hours off), and it works flawlessly with the VOIP service provided by my ISP (I live in a newer dwelling with fttp and landline service is over VOIP through my ISP). Audio quality is wonderful, and it allows you to easily pair other DECT handsets and assign extensions to them. The web interface is basic, but functional, and is a lot less hard to use than most typical SIP/VoIP products. The final thing which made it really useful is that the charging base for the handset just uses a microUSB cable, so you can just plug it into any available USB charger. I don't have a spare socket in my kitchen anymore, but we have two USB ports in the wall plate, so that came in handy as well.

The base and handset arrived in perfect condition and are performing as hoped.
