Heat that meets the need
My wife "loves" this "heating pad" soft & flexible. Heats up nicely in the microwave in about 60 seconds. Works good for her "aches", muscle strains.

I popped this in the microwave to warm it up, i put it at 2 minutes. which i had done several times since I received it. It caught on fire. Be very weary of buying this. So glad we caught it in time.

Not what I was looking for
The item came next day. Quality seems OK. However, I'm disappointed it is very very thin. It does not stay warm, never gets "hot". Pay the extra and get a better one. It might be good for child.

Product was as advertised. Works very well after 1 minute in microwave. I mainly use it to relieve my neck pain. Works just as well as the more expensive ones offered by other companies. I recommend it highly.
