Poor quality
I'm sorry but these are a joke. The muffin was smashed and so tiny. The breakfast tacos are maybe a snack. I'm not impressed. For the money... Quality is surely lacking.

Very small portions
The taste is very good but the portions are so small that left me starving !! And I couldn’t wait until the next meal, for me it didn’t work !

The food is delicious
I tried Jenny creig program in the early 2000 and always knew the food was good but was a little pricey. being able to get it from Amazon makes it easy because you don't have to join a club and pay every two weeks. I was a little nervous at first because it came while I was at work but to my surprise everything was still frozen.
