We had two stops on our trip- I installed this for our first leg in Ireland. It worked well and connected seamlessly. It still worked for our second stop (Iceland), but not as well. I had trouble getting data to work for things like apps. In Iceland, the city busses work on cash or an app. I purchased two bus tickets for later that day but did it at the apartment we rented and had wi-fi. I thought nothing of it because it had worked easily in Ireland. It wasn't as reliable and thankfully we had a patient bus driver while I connected to the tickets.

Visite Francia, Bélgica, Países bajos , Alemania y puntos intermedios por carretera y nunca tuve ningún problema desde que active el sim en el avión al aterrizar , los datos me fueron suficientes y no me los termine , me fue muy útil ya que en varias ocasiones tuve que usar el teléfono para contactar al operador de tour pedir un Uber ya que no llego el taxi contratado etc. , quede bastante satisfecho con el servicio

ドイツで主に使用しました。通話ができるのが魅力だと思います。ただ、パッケージを見ても電話番号がわからず、現地に行って同行の知人のスマホに電話をして、ようやくわかったので、出国する前に自分の電話番号がわかる方法があれば良いのにと思いました。

Used for a 2 week high school study abroad trip to Portugal & Spain. Worked well and without difficulty. Only used for data access, did not use phone services. You do NOT need to register with passport information despite some of what is written in the package insert.

It was great to be able to use the phone in France; my regular cellphone plan here in Canada does not have a data plan, nor roaming. I was able to set up a Wifi hotspot for tablet and laptop, too.Buy it a month or so before you travel, if possible, in case of shipping delays, although mine got here quickly.The SIM card was small; i didn’t need a SIM cutter. I put it into the phone in the airport, while waiting for baggage. To get internet working i had to enable data usage and data while roaming in Android Settings, and then visited a Web page. You might also need to view the message you get from the service provider (Orange) to configure your phone - once you open the message you should be good to go.The phone i have is older (a Xaomi rednote 4) and i didn’t measure network speeds, but i was able to call home to Canada several times, send and receive text messages and make local calls, as well as use the Internet.
