Caseology Legion for Galaxy S9 Case (2018) - Reinforced Protection - Burgundy

Caseology combines trusted brand with reasonable cost. I am extremely pleased with this case! The color, to begin with, is just what I had hoped it would be - a nice burgundy/maroon hue. The finish appears slightly metallic, which I love. The black inner layer is resilient enough to cushion the phone if it drops (and I have dropped mine a few times since installing it in this case!) and slim enough to preserve the sleek profile of the phone itself. The matte finish of the outer case has a smooth but slightly tacky texture, making it easy to hold onto the phone while carrying it during rugged hikes. That same texture helps it stay in your pocket if you're carrying it there...In summary, this case is highly functional, yet at the same time it is sleek and classically stylish.

I wanted a case that I could grip more securely in my hands and provide minimal protection when dropping the phone. The S9 is slick without a case, and I was afraid I would drop it. This case provided just the right amount of sturdiness and grip that I was looking for. My daughter had the case installed before I even had a chance to do so. The beveled edge on the screen can still be seen with this case, all of the other buttons and lenses work perfectly as well. Exactly what I was looking for.

This case is pretty nice overall. It fits the S9 perfectly, and has a nice texture to it. There are three issues that I have encountered although.1. The biggest issue i have with this case is that the opening to the flash and heart rate monitor is much too narrow. It is impossible to use the heart rate monitor! I need to take the case off each time to utilize it. At first, I thought it was just an issue with me, but I have had 11 other people try to no avail. The phone cannot get a good, consistent read on the heart rate when used with the case on.2. The case tends to push up my film screen protector. Not by a lot, but every other week I need to push out a single small bubble that has formed along to top of the phone. It is possible that my screen protector is placed just a sliver too high, but I don't want to buy more protectors to find out where the problem lies.3. The buttons are not fully sealed. I have included what I mean with the picture. The small gaps mean that dust and pocket lint have extra spot to get in between the phone and case. A small inconvenience, I know, but still worth mentioning.Overall, I am still pleased with the case. It has held up well after a month of use, and has protected the phone on a couple of drops already.

Really well made case! I drop my phone frequently and have not had any damages to the cover (just a few minor scratches/dents due to normal wear and tear) or the phone. I've been using the case for about 4 months now and do not use a screen protector. The edges of the case in front are raised slightly to help prevent cracking of the screen. I didn't get fingerprint marks as some others have commented so not sure what happened with those. It definitely feels sturdy and well made when I hold it. Also bc of the material, I'm not worried about the colors fading or changing during to dirtiness. Would 100% recommend.

Bought this for my new S9 and it's great. I got it in the Burgandy color and it looks good. It is textured with a slight rubberized feel to it so it shouldn't slip from your hand.The only downside is that this case will NOT allow just any screen protector to fit.UPDATE: NEARLY 2 years later and this case is still holding up. Some of the paint has faded (mostly on the edges due to being pulled in and out of pockets) but no cracks even though I have dropped it several times (4-5ft drop onto concrete).

I've had my S9 fall from my shirt pocket onto concrete a few times (about a 3 foot drop) and it has protected my phone well, no damage to either the phone or case. It feels good in the hands. Looks good too. Very happy with this. I hope I never have to put this to the max test of a greater drop than from where I'm holding it from, but if it does happen, I'll let you know how things hold up.

Great case. Fits perfectly, nice and tight. Very nice looking. Goes great with the purple S9. Looks slippery, but it is not, very good grip. Resists finger prints. Has completely protected my phone after several drops and there are no marks on it to even suggest that I dropped it. One drop was from 4 feet onto a hard, uneven surface. I highly recommend it.

Good quality case. Color looks exactly as it did online (burgundy). I haven't dropped it yet but it feels as if i did it will keep the phone safe. The only thing that i can say is a negative is that it gets in the way of the sensor for the samsung health app. You cant get an accurate heart rate reading because the case design doesnt allow your finger come in contact with the sensor. But the fingerprint reader isnt a problem so its a minor flaw.

This is my second Caseology case - the first protected my Galaxy S8 brilliantly, so that it was traded in after a year in absolute mint condition. New S9 has this Legion case which fits like a custom latex catsuit and inspires absolute confidence. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Best phone case I've ever bought. Not the cheapest, but certainly the best. I'm still loving it 8 months later. Great buy. Have recommended to others. Will be buying again for sure.

I purchased this thinking it came with a.screen protector but its just a back case..nothing on the front. Protects from scratches.. I havent dropped my phone to know how good it is for that through..

Hmmm. $16 for this case??? Or $70 for an otter box that has scratched and messed up my phone's in the past?? I think I will go with this case lol. Amazing price and even better than otter box in my opinion.

Es ist mit Abstand das beste Case was ich je gesehen und gekauft habe! Sehr passgenau und super sauber verarbeitet! Preis-Leistung ist mehr als okay. Schnelle Lieferung und Rückfragen bez. Farbe wurden vom Verkäufer prompt beantwortet. Ich kann das Case ausnahmslos empfehlen, hier macht man nichts falsch.
