This was our very first ceramic coated cast iron Dutch Oven ever! First off the color is beautiful a red and burnt orange goes perfectly with our Halloween decorations in our kitchen. The design of the unit is great, I love the fact that it evenly cooks your food there is no need to cook on HIGH! the taste of the food seemed more evenly combined in the pot, (I made beef taco meet for our tostada's) I know it seems like over kill for such a small recipe, but it also shows the diversity of this great cooking utensil. I would use wooden spoons instead of the synthetic ones I have to avoid chipping and scratching that a metal utensil would do. Although the pot is very durable and I'm sure if you are careful could possibly use a metal spoon in a pinch. NOT CHIP RESISTANT but very durable. Over all it works very well and we are pleased.

Very nice, very heavy... It was in perfect condition, and looks and cooks way more expensive than it costs!Im going to make my rustic bread in it but I already made a nice soup and Chili in it. Cooks evenly....

I love this cast iron pot . It’s beautiful and functional . It was easy to clean and the coking capacity and heat distribution was perfect . Not to big not to small just right for my Easter dinner . The color is perfect too and coordinates well with the rest of my kitchen .

Great quality. Love the color gray. It is lighter than I imaged, which is great! My only complaint is there was an imperfection on the lid (chipped paint). It wasn't even to make me want to go to the hassle of returning it but I do wish it would not of had that blemish.

I recently moved into a new apartment with an itty-bitty stove—honestly, it looks like it was made for an RV. My largest burner is only 8", and finding cookware that actually fits has been a challenge. This 2.1 qt Dutch oven is the only one I could find that fits properly, and I’m so glad I did.Despite its petite size, it has all the hallmarks of a high-quality Dutch oven: a heavy, solid build, thick enamel coating, and a feel that says “built to last.” They didn’t cut any corners, and the value for money is outstanding.Update: I was so impressed with the 2.1 qt that I came back and bought the 5 qt version too. It’s a little big for my tiny stove, but it’s so solidly built that I’m absolutely confident it will perform without issue. Couldn’t be happier with both!

This Dutch oven is great. The color is beautiful and I’ve already baked sourdough bread in it and it came out wonderful I would re-buy this all the time because it’s such a good product.
