I have ordered this brand of Berberine 1200mg. Several times. To keep in my purse and in my vehicle. This is the only brand I buy in pill form. There is no nasty aftertaste. I am on the road a lot. This is a stable because it’s hard to eat healthy on the road. I take it 20 minutes before eating. It curves cravings and keeps my blood sugar levels and weight at a healthy setting. My doctor tells me to keep doing what I’m doing because it’s working. Other brands don’t work as well as this one. That’s why I keep coming back. For prepackaged pills this are the best for your money and your health. My doctor is very happy at my progress.

Good product, but but I prefer this product from Amazon - Smart Nutra Labs Premium Berberine HCL 1200mg- 180 Vegan Capsules, 100% Pure Berberine Supplement- Non-GMO, Gluten Free - as I have have had consistenly good results from this product. This is not to say the microbeadlet product is not good, I just found the Smart Nutra Labs product better for me. Everyone's systems are slightly different and will work with similar, but different products. Each person will have to consult their doctor and determine which product is better for them. All things being equal I do not think this product a bad choice.

I was using a different brand of Berberine with good results, and expected increased results.I've been keeping a record of my liquid and food intake and output as well, for my own pattern recognition. IMMEDIATELY after starting this brand, my bowels began to purge...and MY APPETITE INCREASED! I'm now eating 2x what I used to eat on my old brand...and I'VE GAINED 5 LBS!!! WTF???Between the baby poo mush 3-4x day and eating beyond control and GAINING weight...this stuff is CRAP....literally!I'm going back to the Berberine I was using, as it didn't give me baby mush and I had great portion control and appetite with it. I have tried a couple of different Berberine brands, and this one works the best for me. I like the granular/micro bead texture over the powder forms. I did not do a scientific test to test before and after sugar levels. But I can feel the difference, more so when I take it consistently (taking it every day). I take one pill at night (early evening between 7-8 pm), and I could swear that I sleep more soundly; when I take it consistently, I feel less brain fog in the mornings and less groggy. I am nearly done with my first bottle and plan to re-order before I run out. Everybody's body is different, but I can truly feel a positive difference when I take this product.
