Exactly as Described
I was going to purchase the extenders that clip on to the lamp and saw these instead. I gave them a try and they work beautifully. Note: Use the round bulbs, not the curly cue ones. They attach better.

I was afraid they'd be too big for the little lamp I needed them for. But they fit perfect.Great for smaller lamps that can be confusing to buy a lamp harp for.These weren't confusing at all.I'm happy with them.
