Q: Is the blue the same resistance as the theraband blue? i need more resistance than the theraband blue but less than the cando black.

According to their information, the blue is the most weight at 25#, the teal is 15# or medium, the red is 10# or light, and the yellow is Extra Light at 5#. Band strength can vary depending on manufacturer but at least you may be able to compare.

These are slightly firmer than the Theraband which are softer in texture. But with continuous use, you get used to it. It's just like using a generic version than a brand name. You pay for the brandname and quality.
