The item itself is good, but my review is primarily for the customer service. I ordered a warmer a few months ago before my daughter was born. I only plugged it in and used it a few weeks ago after she was born and it completely stopped working after 3 uses. I figured I was out of luck since I ordered it a while ago but I messaged customer service anyway. They got back to me immediately and shipped a replacement immediately without any hesitation. I am incredibly impressed and will recommend them to all my mom friends.

Ya tengo tres meses con este producto y siempre lo uso para calentar las mamaderas de mi bebé. Calienta rápido la mamadera pero hay que saber distinguir si la mamadera es plástica requiere menos tiempo o si la mamadera es de vidrio y requiere mucho más tiempo para poderse calentar a la temperatura ideal para que el bebé tome tranquilo.

The size is pretty convenient, you could fit like 2 bottles in here. My problem is, after I refrigerate my breast milk and it comes time for my little one to eat, even 5 1/2 minutes after being in the warmer, the milk is still pretty cold like not even lukewarm and that’s no fun when you have a hungry, fussy newborn. The defrost option however is amazing and defrosts my stash bags pretty quickly. The quality is good too and pretty easy to use. I like everything else.

Definitely a go to during the newborn stage to six months. Those tired nights waking up one to two hours at a time with this product helped me.
