It had an interesting flavour - a big hit of honey sweetness, followed by almost malty, musty, then a fermented tang that came through. Not to my taste but it delivered everything I'd heard it was. Some of you will love it, but I'm learning that I'm not a fan of fermented tang.Without any frame of reference I can only give it 5 stars - it seems like it's quality. Like the bees themselves packaged it.

The packet arrived on time and very well closed. This ambrosia looks original, no smell, hardly any taste. The packet is small, but can be re-sealed to keep the ambrosia fresh. The ambrosia itself is of great consistence, soft on touch and all different shapes, indeed like its in the hive. I believe that it is strong, so I just took 2 pieces for now. Will see how it goes as effect. At the moment can offer my pictures for you to see how it all looks like.Update- I take 7-12 pieces every couple of days, (as 1.there is no recommended dose and I dont know how much to take and 2.I also take 1 spoon bee pollen separately in the days I dont take bee bread). The effect from this bee bread is amazing. I feel energized, I feel younger and (dare I say) I seem to look younger in the mirror! Its worth the price, absolutely totally recommending- buy it, try it! I am trying not to increase the amount I take, but I am so tempted...

The flavour is quite strong. I think this would go best as a very light sprinkle on fruit. Quite expensive for such a small amount.

Great quality and the taste is lovely

I put this in smoothies. If you eat them whole it might not be as digestible. I can tell you that if you put unfermented bee pollen in a smoothie you feel heavy for a while but not with this bee bread. I give this 5 stars because it tastes good and I'm digesting it fine. I haven't had it long enough to comment on it improving my health, but 5 stars is already earned.

After viewing adverts on facebook about bee bread, felt intrigued to try it, but in reality after taking it only gives a very short ebergy boost which is, short lived, expensive too, better off having a cup of coffee instead would not buy again, not recommended

Like a superfood, these keep you healthy .The taste is a bit strange, I take mine in a teaspoon full of peanut butter in the morning. I only take half a teaspoon a day so they last a long time. They are organic and known as ambrosier of nature. Thank you bees.
