Walking Pad with Incline, Incline Treadmills for Home, 2.5 HP Under Desk Treadmill Small with Remote Control, Walking Pad Small Treadmill with LED Display

I'm rather short and petite and I find the size of this treadmill quite comfortable. However my boyfriend found it a little small in the width. It's a sturdy device with simple controls. It offers a period of time when pause it, maintaining your current stats for probably 10 mins, I haven't timed it. The incline feels very secure and the device doesn't have the "bendy" look when your for his it that some walking pads have on incline. It's very stable on its side so pulling the legs down is very easy. The wheels make movement a breeze.I only had one issue and unfortunately it was like this from the start, it has a high pitched noise that sounds kind of like an old box TV but louder. Much louder. I won't say it's totally unbearable with the TV much louder. However, I am autistic with severe hypersensitivity to sound so my tolerance level is nonexistent. My does boyfriend find the noise annoying if he's not the one using it. I contacted customer service immediately via email and Cici was wonderful! Very helpful, answered every question and was quite pleasant. I always dread every interaction with any customer service but Cici definitely made the experience a good one. Thanks for all your help!

This was such a great purchase, kind of wish my wife went this route originally...but then I wouldn't get to praise them. My wife, knowing that I like to walk a lot, but also that it had gotten way too cold, bought me a *different* under-desk tread for our anniversary in December. By April, I was on my second tread (it'd broken after a few months, they replaced it for free)...and then it broke again. At that point, I asked for a refund, and bought this one.WHAT AN ASBOLUTE DIFFERENCE! Total game changed. It works fantastically, it's light weight, and it even has the ability to incline a little bit. More importantly, it's really quiet for a tread. I used to only be able to use the old one on calls where I didn't have a large speaking role. Today, I use it whenever. I'm now averaging 8 miles per day, thanks to being able to use it during work.Literally the *only* potential complaint is that you need to point the remote control right at the treadmill for your speed control. And that takes next to no effort at all, but that's the only thing if I reallllllly really nitpick. Already trying to recommend this tread to some other friends. My wife has a significant TikTok following, so I might ask her to post about it on there. Fantastic purchase!

After purchasing this walking pad in early January, we were initially happy with our purchase. It provided a convenient way to stay active while getting through the cold winter months. However, by late March, the unit started making strange noises and eventually failed completely.The good news is that customer service was excellent. Cici from the support team responded quickly to our issue and had a replacement unit delivered within just a few days. This level of customer care definitely deserves recognition.We suspect our initial unit might have been defective. One thing we noticed was that it seemed to run hot when used flat on our carpeted floor, not on an incline. With the replacement unit, we've started placing a small fan in front of it during use to help with cooling, which seems to be helping so far.It's too early to say whether the replacement will stand the test of time, but we're hopeful that our first experience was just bad luck with a defective unit. The quick response from Cici has given us confidence to continue with this brand.Would recommend based on the customer service alone, but potential buyers should be aware of possible heating issues when used flat on carpet.

I've been hesitant to order a walking pad from Amazon for the longest times. Reviews always seem two-sided so I never commited... until now. And I'm glad I did! Set up was easy, operation is simple, and I like that you don't need a smartphone to operate it-- in fact, I don't think this connects to a smartphone at all (which is fine by me!). The built in wheels make it easy to move, too. It seems sturdy as well, which was my biggest concern initially, but it seems well built and like it will hold up for a long time.The only issue I have with it at the moment is that it seems to "stutter" at higher speeds, which was alarming the first time it happened. It's not super noticeable unless you're paying close attention and it's not something I'd return it over. Besides, I may just need to oil the belt better.Overall, A+ purchase.

It was great until it stop working after just a few months... I was finally able to get my steps on while I was working...I was getting E05 and E06 errors. I was able to contact customer service and they sent me a FOC and then new one hasn't gave me an issues as of yet. Would recommend. Actually I have been recommending this treadmill for a great under the desk to help you get your steps in when you have to sit behind a desk all day.
