These are pretty good! I like the ingredients/vitamins/protein in them. They contain whey protein isolate (and also milk -- so be aware if you have any allergies). They have the taste and consistency of baby food, and are pretty easy to squeeze out. My kids don't care for them (probably because they know they are healthy). But I like them after a workout or as a healthy snack. I find they help curb your appetite as well, and don't have a lot of calories (so if you are trying to lose weight, it may help keep you from snack-binging. Lol).

Best Product on the Market...no joke!! I'm a mom of 3 very active boys and these are our go to snacks to keep my boys fueled with good clean protein. This is the real deal Moms! Real food for on the go families! My husband and I were driving to the gym yesterday and he was suddenly hungry right before a workout. I told him I had some FFF in my bag and he went right to that. After his WOD(workout) he told me how perfect that was to eat right before. He didn't feel full or uncomfortable during his workout and it gave him the energy to crush it! Thank you Fuel For Fire!! Oh and did I mention all of my boys LOVE the taste!

The only downside to these is the high price, but maybe that's due to the wonderful ingredients. The taste for all of them are awesome (even the sweet potato one). My wife doesn't like the strawberry/banana version, but I do. Love the product, cringe at the price sometimes.

Easy to take with you some flavors good some just ok

These are a good source of protein on the go but are very thick.I originally purchased them for my son because he is a very picky eater and I thought this would be an alternative option to helping him get more protein in his diet.He did not care for them based on the consistency alone, think more like play dough!

These taste terrible and are quite expensive. I mix mind with almond milk to make them palatable. Would NOT recommend investing straight from package-which defeats the whole purpose
