Good addition to my potting soil
I use this product to make a chunky soil for my indoor plants. It works very well with pine bark and perlite for a good potting substrate.

Keeps insects away!
This is just what I needed! It stops the insects from laying eggs on my soil and I don’t have to water my potted plants as often as I used to. This is a great product!

Great for those with storage space problems
Just add warm water with a couple bricks and put a lid on it and come back in a couple hours and they are all expanded. I add other ingredients for different types of plant needs. So it's great to have theses blocks in storage for when I need them.

Coco chips
EZ to work with once the block is amply wet & broken up. Thankfully I had a large bowl to soak the chip block in water (just long enough to break it into usable pieces). Much more affordable and less weight than buying tons of potting soil or other pot fillers, especially larger pots. Works great at keeping my plants’ soil moist, means less watering and minimizes overwatering. Also looks great as landscaping bark…doesn’t fade. Highly recommend.

Most important part of my soil mix
Without this quality chunky coir I do not believe my philodendrons , pothos and monstera plants would be doing as well as they are . Water flows right thru the drainage holes in the pots as it should, yet the roots are anchored well and nutrients stored .I will not use any other type for the tropical plants I own and sell !
