I got these because of the 5 stars. I was having terrible sweat episodes. Middle of the night, middle of the day, didnt matter. No joke, immediately after beginning this product, they stopped. I dont take it every day, maybe every other day or 3 times a week. Its wonderful. I hope this works equally as well for you!

I had a hysterectomy 6 months ago and had to stop taking my bio-identical hormones. I immediately started having hot flashes and have tried Maca powder first - didn't help. Next tried some homeopathy drops a friend swore by - didn't help. Then I ordered these and have been taking for over 30 days now and I can't say my hot flashes are any less frequent or intense.
