Strong, Sturdy Product with Good Finishing
The bench is pretty big and heavy. Even my 6'2" husband can use it comfortably. Built quality is excellent. My 85 kg brother did Decline Russian Twists with 10 kg medicine ball and the bench didn't move or shake. Matte finishing looks premium. It was packed very well. Took more than 10 minutes to unpack. Assembling was a quick 5 minutes job. GOOD INVESTMENT. Highly recommended.

Effective Gym Equipment for Abs crunches/Sit ups
I was searching for this product since long and luckily I found it on Amazon. This is the best equipment for those who want to work on their Abs. It is not available in Gym now a days as it corresponds to slightly old times, but this is highly effective and easy to exercise with. I am using it now for a month and it is functioning fine and serving it's purpose. I thank amazon and manufacturer for it's timely delivery and installation.

The fitting of the product is very tuff
The fitting of the product is very tuff, no manual is provided and the iron rod is blunt and it took lot of effort for me to fit it inside the device, atleast they should arrange someone to fit the product

I would like to say that it is very good product when compared with other buyers. It is easy to assemble.But advised to provide a link or booklet to assemble.Again advised to all to buy this for abs workout.Helps to develop abs and reduce belly fat. Now you may do it at home any time.
