DSLR ProView Multipurpose LCD Viewfinder

Would be a great product if the adhesion to the LCD screen was better. Even cleaned the LCD screen with alcohol first. Otherwise a really good product.

Just tape the magnet on cuz the stick tape does not hold

The item itself is great but the adhesion on this is AWFUL. Cleaned the screen thoroughly there was no residue of anything but as soon as I try to detach the magnetic piece to put the camera away, the metal plate comes off with it. Every time. I tried the second plate they give to try that and left it on for 8 hours before trying it out and again the metal piece pulls right off. The only way this will work is if I add felt to it and cut that out to protect the screen. Absolutely useless and doesn't work the way designed AT ALL. Severely disappointed as this would have been a great solution for my needs.

I have been looking for this type LCD viewfinder for my Sigma DP0 for quite sometimes.The original from the Sigma...price Three-time compare to this unit. Most of the products out there are needed screw in / out to remove and install. This one is snap in / out pretty easy to use for outdoor.It does not come with the instruction book.Please do not hold the LCD viewfinder as holding the camera.

The viewer attached OK to my A7R3 LCD screen, but because of the way the screen is articulated, the weight of the viewer causes the screen and viewer to swing away from the camera, making the whole thing useless.Removing it from the A7R3 by pulling off the adhesive mounting plate, I was able to place it on an Olympus MFT camera and the Olympus LCD screen does support the weight of the viewer, but the adhesive does not like being repeatedly removed and reattached and the mount did not stick properly. The viewer does come with a second adhesive mount however, so all is not lost.Also, there is no diopter adjustment so you need to wear your glasses when using it.

I had no idea how much I needed this. I added this to my Canon 7D and it completely changes live video. Focus is so much easier and more accurate. Comes with mounts for two cameras too!
