These silicone flanges are awesome for pumping milk. I can pump almost 1.5times more milk in half time. Also, it is very comfortable and suction is much better. Now, I need not to press hard which saves my arms. I never enjoyed pumping before.For reference, I bought 15mm silicon flanges to attach on my 24mm plastic flanges of spectra S2 plus pump.So, mama’s, buy it now!

0/10 recommend. They won’t stay on your flanges. It’s especially bad if you use a pumping bra. Total waste of money.

I really wanted to love these but unfortunately they haven’t worked well for me. I need a size 17mm flange in Spectra/maymom/medela flanges and bought these to go inside my standard issue 24mm Spectra flanges that came with my pump. The fit is fine at first but they don’t stay put while pumping. I’m constantly stretching them back out over the flanges, which is annoying. Additionally, I found that in these you should actually size up. I need a 17mm in a plastic flange but a 19 is more comfortable in this because otherwise it rubs and causes friction.

These fit well over a standard Medela 24mm flange but as you can see on my picture, the insert tunnel is very very short. If you have e elastic nips, you will stretch right over the short tunnel and end up with irritation. They are soft and comfy and add cushion to the flange but won’t work for longer or stretchy nips.

My skin was starting to break down by getting pinched by the plastic flanges. This made it so much more comfortable. I did have to increase the pump strength when these were on

I enjoy that these are more comfortable than the plastic inserts. The only thing that annoyed me is that I couldn't leave them on the flange after use because sometimes I like to leave flange attached to bottle after use. With these adapters, the bottle usually falls over.

I have elastic nipples and didn’t really like the Pumpin Pals, but loved these! The extra massaging on my boob was great and really increased my output by almost 30%!

These did not fit as intended and the sizing between each was different. One sat in the flange while the other barely touched the sides. Also the 17mm size was inside the actual nipple area which is terrible placement for raised lettering.
