The resealable packets are especially designed to keep the coffee fresh and have clear instructions on how to best make it, along with a speciality guide explaining how strength, acidity and body can influence the wonderful flavours in each cup. TASTING NOTES A beautiful coffee with delicate fruit notes and a caramel, sweet, rustic finish. Each bag makes a perfect cup of fresh speciality coffee. Simplicity. SPECIALITY GUIDE Strength:4 / Acidity:5 / Body:4 Strength is graded from 1-6 mild to super strong! Acidity is used to describe coffee a bit like dryness is used for wine - for high acidity think of crisp citrus and berry fruits. Body is more about the feel of the coffee - is it syrupy or smooth, heavy or light? MAKING GREAT COFFEE To experience these coffee bags at their absolute best...add fresh water just off the boil. Stir on and off for 3-4 minutes (fresh coffee needs to circulate in the water to develop its best flavours) then remove the bag. You can adjust water quantities, brew time and stirring to make it just the way you like it. PRESERVE THE TASTE Exposure to air affects the aroma and flavour of coffee. To maintain its taste, store in a cool, dry, dark place and keep the pack sealed tight. The valve in the packet will ensure no oxygen can get in and any air in the packet can be squeezed out helping to keep your coffee fresh.
