Mine did not fit correctly. It was correct size but it did not tighten enough and it felt uncomfortable with the bulky buckles

I definitely like this brace. I work in office, and this brace keeps my entire back warm, helps reduce back pain and tiredness. I have thoracic and lumbar heavy problems, but brace significantly reduce them. I don't know if brace can improve posture, it maybe will be seen much later. I see only two drawbacks: it looks out from under the clothes and does not cover the lower back enough. Maybe manufacturer can improve shape with time. My evaluation is still five stars for its therapeutic action. It is also soft and nice touch.

I measured out and made sure my sizing was correct but upon getting it the top straps were way too long for my body. I bet this item would be effective if I had a medium or more accurate size.

The straps were so huge I had to cut them down and resew them to the vest. The straps are way to wide and far apart for a woman. It also does not come down far enough to cover the lumbar spine. This might work for a man, definitely not made for a woman.

I tend to not stand straight, I have had several back surgeries, it really helps me as far as standing straight up!!
