I have tried many Vitamin C supplements over the years including ultra EXPENSIVE Liposomal varieties. Nutravita's Vitamin C with Zinc was easily absorbed by my stomach and i feel it is a great combination of 1200mg Vit C with a good amount of Zinc - for it to be a true 'one a day' solution.I took it recently on the onset of a cold - 2 capsules the first day and one the 2nd - and the cold was gone.High quality ingredients ad UK based company - not much more to say other than FIVE STARS!

I read a lot of reviews before choosing this product. I must say I had stomach pains on day two but then continued to take them but with a different approach. The instructions are there for a reason "2 a day preferably with a meal" I have had no stomach cramps since. They are great tablets reasonably easy to swallow and give a great source of Vitamin C and Zinc. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a boost of Vitamin C and Zinc. If you're expecting miracles by just taking these, then they are not for you.

I like that it's a combined vitamin C and zinc tablet, saves having a cocktail of tablets to swallow. I started taking these as went through a fews weeks of having colds one after another. So as well as a small change to my diet I took these supplements and although it hasn't stop me getting the odd mild cold completely, I have notice the effects are much milder and i recover within a day or two.Only con is they are hard to swallow without a drink or food, and a super citrusy if you start to crush them. I've attached a photo next to a standard paracetamol as a comparison.

A well packaged product . An easy to swallow capsule with high dose of vitamin c and zinc has really helped me feel better after some nasty infections . I will continue to use this product on a regular basis . I really like it and it’s good value . I particularly like the fact that it is vegetarian.

With the recent virus situation it's more important than ever to get sufficient quantities of immune-boosting Vitamin C and Zinc and these capsules are an effective way to do that.The capsules are very slightly larger than average for supplements, but not a big deal. Taste is mostly neutral but I think that in my first bottle, one may have leaked its contents slightly, giving the rest a slightly bitter taste.The recommended dosage (1200/40) is based on taking two per day - I find it best to take one in the morning after breakfast and one after my last meal, in the evening. Of course, you are free to lower the dosage and take only one a day. You get a couple of month's supply (at the recommended dosage) in the bottle.Unlike all soluble high does vitamin C tablets that I have tried in the past, they don't have after effects manifesting themselves later in the bathroom, which is a welcome characteristic.All in all, a very practical and sensible way to safeguard your immune system. I would also recommend taking Quercetin to help absorption of the Vitamin C and of course, Vitamin D for extra virus protection.

It really works. I got cold. Started to sneeze... Runny nose... I felt awfully so I decide to browse on Amazon and I chose this product. It arrived next day with Prime and I took it twice a day as I'm a big guy. This product helped me to fight the cold within 3 days and the common opinion is that cold treated lasts 7 days and untreated a week ;) Highly recommend.

I ordered these expecting each capsule to contain 1200mg of vitamin C. However, on reading the label closely, it states that the serving size is 2 capsules, and details only 600mg of vit C per capsule. This is disingenuous, and I would not have bought this particular product had this information been as clearly stated in the Amazon description as the vaunted 1200mg Vitamin C. I expect the product itself is good, even if only half the potency expected. I am sure I am not alone in expecting the advertised content to be per capsule.
