These tablets are small and easy to swallow.
I just take one a day with a meal and some orange juice, as I know Vitamin C helps with iron absorption.I’ve had no issues with these and I can definitely feel my energy levels increasing after just a few weeks.I really like Simply Pure products, I am sure that they are as pure as I can get and not full of horrid additives like other products.Will be buying again.

Gentle but effective
I bought these for my teenage daughter as her iron levels were on the low side. I know from experience how unpleasant the side effects from normal iron supplements can be, but she has been taking these for a few weeks now and has had no problems with them; they really are gentle on the stomach and have caused her no issues with bloating or constipation. I’m sure they have helped her a lot, she has noticeably more energy and her immunity seems much better.
