As someone who has dealt with spinal disc degeneration for many years, I'm always on the lookout for natural solutions to support joint health. This product contains a blend of glucosamine and MSM, two ingredients often used for joint health, and it's my first time trying this combination. The bottle has 90 capsules, and the suggested dose is three caps once or twice a day. So, a bottle will last two weeks to a month, depending on which daily dose I take, costing just under $30 at this writing. While the price seems high for this type of supplement, a closer look at the label shows that it offers more than glucosamine and MSM—it also contains a proprietary blend of other beneficial ingredients, including plant-based Vitamin D3, which is essential for bone health, and various antioxidants such as turmeric, Boswellia, ginger root, and devil's claw root, all of which can help to support a healthy response to inflammation from exercise and age-related wear and tear on joints.Overall, I'm impressed with the formulation of this product. I can’t say at the moment whether it works or how well because supplements like this must be taken for a few weeks to several months to determine whether they’re effective. I plan to take this product for two months, and then I’ll consider whether it’s worth buying more. I feel this is a promising step toward improved joint health, and if I have anything further to add to this review over the next month or two, I will update it.

I am on my feet 8-10 hrs often non stop for my work. SO go figure my ankles and feet suffer quite a bit from this.SO this had high interest to me. Made from pretty good ingredients and don't have any direct complaints about it. Size was easily swallowed, and no wicked taste or smell.After about a week I noticed a pleasant change in my ankles/achilles/etc. I was able to walk better the next day after a 10 hour shift the night before.However this seems shortlived so a resupply would be necessary I figure to keep the relief.

Overall it's a good combination of a number of joint health supplements. The combination of D3, Glucosamine, MSM, turmeric and bioperene for absorption is nice to see. The dosage is stated at 3 pills up to 2x per day which would make this a 15-day supply at the highest does. Additionally, the supplement carries a non-gmo statement and the GMP seal meaning good manufacturing processes were followed and it was manufactured in the US at an FDA registered facility.I think that this is a great supplement for people hoping to avoid damage or manage minor joint issues and prevent them from getting worse. For people with severe arthritis the dosages would be a little light and you'd like need to up the dosage. That said, it's a great everyday supplement for maintaining joint health.

Didn’t notice any meaningful difference. Maybe a slight improvement but not enough to purchase another bottle.

I'm learning the importance and power of plant ingredients. These seems to improve my legs joints for running. I'm 52 and have taken these for 20 days. Like all glucosamine frequently and regular doses for best results. I take these in the morning with a light breakfast. I run 4 miles a day for 6 days a week. Theses provide the extra joint support I was looking for.

I take these one capsule daily instead of suggested 3 daily at night before bed. Over past two weeks, seems like my elbow joint pain has subsided greatly. Nice there is a plant based glucosamine, seems to be working for me. Capsules are easy to swallow.

Seems to have the standard glucosamine with vitamin d as bonus. It’s made in the USA from material sourced globally according to the label. The expiration date on my bottle is 3/26, so seems pretty fresh with almost 3 years left.
