My new toy
I love it. The steel tape is wide and thick. The markings are big and bold. I especially love the fraction numberings. The lead has a mild burr edge to get better traction to keep the tape where you put it. Mine goes to 9'9" before the tape snaps and falls. The retraction spring strength is average and that is my only complaint so far. The tension lock is very smooth to engage. As for the color, it's DeWalt yellow. My personal preference would be hi-vis green.

I'm a milwaukee guy, not a fan of dewalt. This is the first tool I've seen made by dewalt that bests milwalkies equivalent imo. Don't think, just buy it!
