I have waited two months to write this. I have used one bottle of SBP original, and one bottle of P3 Advanced. I gave it every opportunity. I have not changed anything else about my life, other than taking this. I swore to myself I'd continue buying it if I even saw the slightest change.I am in my mid-late 40s, and have the same said problems this supposedly addresses. It's not a real problem, but more of annoying. I've heard, seen, and read these rotten commercials for over a decade, and decided to try it.This is a supplement, and as such is outside of the rigor of real medicine. It's a very expensive bottle of "maybe". The ads actually make no definitive claims. It cannot claim to cure or alleviate anything and maintain supplement status. It's been around for a long time, and has gotten VERY good at this. Be careful what you think they are claiming. They don't really claim anything. They target guys who have mid-life guy issues in regards to urination. They never claim to alleviate anything. It just MIGHT help a bit. "Clinically Tested" is not the same as "clinically proven". "May help with" is not the same as "will help with". Keep this very much in mind as to your expectations.Do your research. Look at every ingredient, and Google it. Look at a lot of different medical sites. Most stuff in this product isn't even mentioned as helping a prostate. The best you get is "some people take it as a supplement to help" kind of thing. It's mentioned as an afterthought. It's more predominantly heart-healthy than anything else. However, to their credit, the company DOES try to target the prostate with the ingredients. Hey, it MIGHT help a LITTLE.But, it's a supplement, not medicine. Remember that.Is it a prophylactic? It very well could be, but proving that is very VERY hard. They are about advertising on every media platform in existence, not proving any claims. You are paying for ads.Here is what I found:Pros: I had not one single side effect from this supplement.Cons: I had not one single primary effect from this supplement (or one single effect at all, as far as I can discern).This is me, and it MAY work for you. MAYBE. Do you want to really spend this kind of money on maybe? Maybe you do. Go ahead, and write your own review. I found not one SINGLE positive or negative effect of this product. It was like I might as well not have taken it at all. It's a very expensive pill for those kinds of results.

Noticed a very slight improvement right away. Hoping with continued use things will improve. Jury is still out on this one.
