These work great for my husband. We went on a cruise, and he wore these at bedtime. The bed and he stayed dry the whole night. It made for a smoother vacation, and he was not frustrated that he wet the bed. They fit him well and wicked away the moisture from his body. They were super absorbent and held in the urine. They are expensive but brought him peace of mind.

More comfortable waste band than skinsaver variety. Easier to put on if you have hemiparesis or hemiplegia. No skin irritation observed unless allowed to get too full.

But if you’ve got a grown man who drinks like a frat boy and sleeps like a baby? Invest in multiple waterproof mattress covers and pads like I did.

They are exorbitant, except for if you sleep on your back, they do have a tendency to leak that’s why I’m giving them a three star however though for the price I feel if it’s a good deal personally, though I find with these are best suited for me forLong car rides or for out and about where bathrooms will not be easily available I think some of the adult bikers are way better and a little bit more comfortable to wear at night
