The media could not be loaded.  Purchased for Easter Enrichment for the dogs we look after. All the dogs really enjoyed it!I loved the design, colours, extra accessories and the fact it rolled up with a buckle! It certainly packs a lot more than other snuffle mats we’ve had before.Minor issue - bobbly material; maybe this is the way it’s meant to be but personally when buying something new i wouldn’t expect it to be bobbly.Major issue - the zip ties keeping the snuffle ball together were extreme sharp and pointy; which could have easily caused unnecessary harm / injury / pain. Luckily I noticed it when it pricked myself when I was inspecting the items before giving them to the dogs and was easily fixed it by cutting the zip ties back to the tie with scissors to ensure it was safe for purpose so no drama but ensure you check it first.

Whilst I appreciate the measurements of the product are listed (which also aren't accurate) people look at the pictures when they make purchases. To show a retreiver next to the product in the pictures, making it look big is hugely misleading. We have a French bulldog and he is longer than the playmat. Product is lovely but why do this when advertising it?

If my dog is happy, I am happy and she absolutely loves this Mat. She destroys all toys but this Mat is treated with respect 🤣 It would be great if there was a bigger version as she is pretty fast at finding the food now

Fun for dog. Not so much for me as I finds his treats quickly. The trick is to not put to many down at the same time.

This mat and the brilliant accessories have kept my bored pooch entertained for hours.Highly recommended

This is seriously not safe for dogs. The “ball” is held together with cable ties which have been cut leaving 2 very sharp ends that could easily have cut my dogs mouth. The carrots had split within 5 mins with the stuffing coming out, and my dog had merely picked it up to sniff out the treats.Very poor quality, and not fit for purpose.

The separate rosette is held together by 2 cable ties which have been cut as you can see in the photo. The ends are really sharp and would easily cut your dog's moth to shreds! What were they thinking of?
