Lasts almost 7 days everytime.
I use PowerOne #10 hearing aid batteries with my completely-in-the-ear aids, because most other brands I have tried lasted 3-5 days. These batteries always last 6 or 6&1/2 days. The cost is very reasonable for the extra time.

Packaging is difficult to open
The new "child proof" packaging is awful. I've been buying these hearing aids for years without issue, but this new packaging is so frustrating that I will never buy these again.

New childproof packaging is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Took 15 minutes to get one open!
Batteries are GTREAT, BUT the new childproof packaging is TERRIBLE.Almost impossible to get the batteries out.You should offer elderly adult packaging (no children in house)!
